Stephanie works closely with district leaders across NY to offer professional development and consultation that aligns with their priorities. Whether she is supporting their adoption of the Response to Intervention (RtI) model or teaching collaborative coaching techniques, Stephanie’s approach is highly interactive using modeling and guided practice throughout. She is frequently invited back as a presenter offering follow-up practice and networking opportunities for participants. One district administrator recently reported that participants in Stephanie’s workshops give her universally positive feedback and that these relevant coaching skills really help teachers expand their thinking and grow themselves. Says Stephanie, Coaching by its nature is interactive, and what I experience with each client continues to inform my work across the state.
